Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, offering personalized styling and guiding customers through their shopping journey.

You will help keep merchandise organized and collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences while upholding LOFT's visual and operational standards. Proficiency with POS systems and a hospitality mindset will support a seamless omnichannel approach, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
