District Manager, Hair Color Bar
The Madison Reed District Manager is a leader who is sales and results driven, overseeing a multi-unit market. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage and grow a geography/territory of up to 10+ units.
The Madison Reed District Manager will possess a varied skill set from anticipating future trends within their respective market with a broad knowledge of the business needs. They will be an adaptable leader with decisive planning skills and have the ability to manage day-to-day field operations and support larger corporate initiatives. A decisive leader, they’ll ensure that business policies and practices leverage the capabilities and insights of individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles, abilities and motivations. #livelifecolorfully
This role reports to the Regional Manager, is full time with a base salary range for this position is between $75,000-$85,000, and requires availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs. This role will be required to day travel up to 75% of the time, living within 90 minutes of 4 Hair Color Bars.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will regularly stand/walk for 4 consecutive hours or more at a time; regularly bend and twist at the waist, manipulate fingers and hands, bend wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms, speak, see, hear, and lift/move up to 3 pounds. May on occasion sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.
