Job summary

Public Storage in Texas is seeking a District Manager who champions operational excellence, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and drives sales across multiple locations. You will lead, develop and mentor a frontline team while executing company strategies to maximize performance.

You will manage assets and audits, coach for service and sales excellence, and use analytics to identify opportunities for growth. A comprehensive benefits package and stock program accompany the role.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in a retail, service, hospitality or related industry
Proven track record of top tier performance
Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Weekend availability by telephone; 5 Saturdays per year during peak season

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a dedicated customer-facing team and drive sales.
Coach team on customer service and sales strategies through effective communication.
Oversee brand standards, asset management, vendor oversight, and safety compliance.
Manage delinquency processes and property audits to improve retention and operations.
