Job summary

• Own store performance: monitor sales, manage P&L, optimize inventory, control expenses.
• Visit stores and commercial accounts to support teams and strengthen relationships.
• Champion safety and compliance; ensure policy adherence across stores.
• Elevate customer experience by resolving issues with care and urgency.
• Develop annual business plans for growth, service, and profitability.
