Job summary

Carl's Jr. is seeking a District Manager to lead the restaurant leadership team and drive performance across multiple locations. You will mentor General Managers, align operations with company objectives, and ensure consistent guest experiences that boost sales and profitability.

In this role you will recruit, hire, and develop the district's management staff, uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, and execute strategic plans to meet short and long-term goals.

Responsibilities
