Mobilelink in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Territory/District Manager to lead multiple stores, coach Retail Store Managers, and drive sales with a focus on customer experience and brand growth.

You will mentor teams, set performance standards, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve targets and improve store operations. This role requires leadership across locations and the ability to work nights and weekends.

• Multi-unit management experience – you know how to lead and scale success across multiple locations
• Strong recruiter and mentor – you have a passion for finding and developing top talent
• Proven track record of training and performance management – you know how to inspire results
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support your team
