Mobilelink is seeking a Territory/District Manager to coach, inspire and lead multiple stores. You will mentor Retail Store Managers, empower sales teams, and drive customer satisfaction and brand growth across locations.

The role emphasizes developing talent, maintaining operational standards, and delivering results in a dynamic retail environment. Nights and weekends flexibility is likely required to support the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably with multi-store responsibility.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor and develop top talent.
• Experience in training, performance management, and driving results.
