Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a District Manager to lead its store network across the assigned district. You will supervise store managers, uphold brand standards, and drive performance through coaching and clear communication.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced donut shop environment. You will coordinate operations, handle scheduling, labor control, inventory, and safety compliance, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in restaurant industry leadership with at least 4 years managing multiple locations.
• Proven ability to train and coach employees to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple stores and store managers within the district.
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.
• Manage daily shop functions, delegate tasks, and oversee back-of-house operations as needed.
• Oversee cash handling, refunds, voids, discounts, and financial controls.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed across all locations.
• Conduct and participate in regular manager meetings and performance reviews.

With a commitment to creativity and quality, Pinkbox promises a sensory experience like no other.Role SummaryAs a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations, developing employee abilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pinkbox Doughnuts locations within your assigned district.ResponsibilitiesSupervision and Leadership:Supervise multiple stores and shop managers.Ensure all products meet company standards.Customer and Employee Interaction:Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.Serve as a role model for the team.Operational Proficiency:Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the shop.Manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the shop.Understand production and oversee the back-of-house area as needed.Financial and Safety Oversights:Have safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts.Ensure sanitation practices are used in handling and preparing food in the back-of-house area.Ensure all safety and security policies are followed as set by the Company.Training and Coaching:Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are met.Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory.Communication and Meetings:Conduct and attend regular manager meetings, communicating store success or areas of improvement.Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop.Minimum 7 years in restaurant industry leadership, with at least 4 years managing multiple locationsPhysical Requirements / Working ConditionsContinuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.District Managers can expect to have early mornings, late evenings, weekends and all holidays.Additional opening/closing responsibilities.Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment.
