Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's franchise operator, is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and drive guest service, sales, and profit goals across multiple units in South Carolina. You will recruit and develop talent, supervise training programs, and ensure execution of marketing plans and inventory controls with strong P&L oversight.

The role is full-time and exempt, requiring hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience with supervision of multiple General Managers across units.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Lead and conduct Daily Business Reviews and Area Operations Reviews.
• Ensure staffing levels with quality, friendly teams and effective scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, and develop management, maintaining a bench for future growth.

• Oversee district P&L, review weekly numbers, and ensure accuracy of reports.

Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed at levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Conduct an Area Operations Review (AOR) at each restaurant every quarter.• Ensure a bench of “A” players through effective execution of all training and development programs and succession planning.• Attain the District P&L Budget Plan. Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork to confirm all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.• Work lunch and dinner shifts. Ensure every restaurant delivers exceptional guest service through strong shift leadership, consistent systems, and a hands-on District Manager approach.• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, and maintain a bench of talent for future growth.• Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements. Schedule and lead all new product training and follow-up.• Provide leadership by fostering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to Prime QSR's objectives.• Audit inventory at each restaurant quarterly.
