Rally House is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores, develop Head Coaches, and drive district-level sales and financial results. This role builds leadership talent, ensures standard operating procedures are followed, and elevates guest experience across locations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Store Management experience required
  • 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, holidays

Responsabilités

  • Attract, develop, and retain Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches
  • Build leadership bench and succession pipeline across the district
  • Support Head Coaches on performance management, engagement, and culture building
  • Lead talent calibration, hiring decisions, and development plans
  • Own district sales, payroll, and profit performance
  • Analyze trends and results to identify opportunities and risks
  • Drive district-wide events and launches

This role develops Head Coaches, ensures standards are executed consistently, and drives district-level sales and financial results.
