Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support COA and HOA communities in the Kentucky District Office, Erlanger. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm with on-call rotation, offering $20–$25/hour plus mileage reimbursement.

The role requires carpentry/remodeling experience, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing/electrical work, and tool ownership. Valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance.
• Residential exterior carpentry and general remodeling experience, including painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Gutter and downspout cleaning and repair; door and gate hardware repairs; wood trim replacement.
• Effective communication skills and basic computer/smartphone use.
• Must own basic hand tools; valid driver’s license; vehicle for work use.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks from service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations.
• Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, clubhouse maintenance, painting.
• Provide customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors.
• Manage priorities and competing demands in a busy environment.
