Texas Department of Transportation in Laredo is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to oversee Seal Coat, Vegetation Management, and Winter Weather Operations. The role requires coordinating multiple priorities, leading a team, and delivering projects on time within budget.

The position is based in the Laredo District with a 8am–5pm schedule, travel up to 25%, and a focus on public safety, compliance, and quality.

Competenze

• 6 years of experience in construction project management or related fields.
• Valid US driver’s license required for state vehicle operation.
• Exempt status and ability to work a full-time schedule.

• Lead and coordinate maintenance projects across multiple teams.
• Oversee scope, budget, and schedule to meet contract requirements.
• Mentor staff and review work; provide updates to leadership.
