Texas Department of Transportation in Littlefield, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager I-II to lead multiple construction and engineering projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

This exempt, day-shift role requires a valid driver’s license and PM certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt, with experience in construction projects.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license; driving a state vehicle may be required.
• PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent change management skills.
• 5+ years construction project management experience (I/II level).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and progress with inspectors and project managers.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Ensure OSHA standards compliance on assigned projects.
• Prepare and present project budgets, plans, and change requests.
