Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a District Maintenance Manager to keep our car wash facilities across Alabama and beyond running smoothly. You will lead maintenance teams, plan preventative measures, and manage facility operations with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have Car Wash equipment knowledge.
• Willing to travel to all locations nationwide.
• Proficiency in Plumbing.
• Some welding experience.
• Small motor repair.
• Computer and software proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other office machines.

Responsibilities

• Train management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues.
• Facility management and operations oversight.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
• Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations.
• Oversee a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians.
• Manage P&Ls and repair/maintenance budget.

DISTRICT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Are you ready to combine your technical expertise with your love for travel? Sud Stop Car Wash seeks a driven, organized, and dedicated District Maintenance Manager to keep our cutting‑edge car wash facilities running smoothly across the state of Alabama, and it could be you!

The annual salary for this position starts at $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. We also offer 401(k) with company match and PTO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues
• Facility management

• Repair and Maintenance Budget

WORK SCHEDULE

• We're open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Travel 50% or more of the time.
• Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
