Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

• Selective qualification: three (3) years in maintenance/construction contract inspection, plus at least one (1) year in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the District maintenance contract program, engineering operations, procurement, environmental compliance, and infrastructure preservation.
• Manage development, procurement, and administration of District maintenance contracts and budgets.
• Supervise state inspection personnel, consultants, and contractors; establish performance standards and provide quality assurance.
• Coordinate emergency responses to severe weather, incidents, and infrastructure damage; ensure public safety.
