Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a District Leader to coach, support, and grow a portfolio of 8–10 salons across the San Francisco and Tri-Valley area. You will partner with Salon Managers to create successful salons, engaged teams, and loyal guests.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel daily, P&L oversight, and a focus on profitability, staffing, and guest experience. You will recruit and develop leaders, implement company standards, and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in salon/retail/food service or hospitality.
• Proven P&L and performance improvement experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organization.
• Willingness to travel daily across San Francisco and Tri-Valley markets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop Salon Managers and their teams.
• Drive a high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Own district financials including sales, profitability, and expenses.
• Visit salons daily to coach, support, and ensure standards.
