Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the Southeast region. You will coach and develop restaurant managers, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence, guest service, and consistent brand standards across the district.

You will partner with store managers to set goals, monitor performance, manage budgets, and create a positive, family-oriented workplace culture that empowers teams to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and developing restaurant managers.

• Experience managing regional operations and budgets at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers across multiple locations.
• Build a positive, family-oriented team culture with open communication.
• Identify and solve operational challenges to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Drive sales growth and monitor financial performance (P&L, budgets).
• Ensure brand consistency and effective marketing alignment across locations.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Communicate operational updates and strategic priorities to store managers.
