Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the Owens Cross Roads area. You will coach store managers, build a supportive team culture, and drive operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction and sustained growth across the district.

You will identify and develop future leaders, manage day-to-day challenges, and supervise performance to deliver strong financial results and brand integrity across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and monitor regional financial performance including P&L to stay within budgets.
