Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a District Leader to lead and manage a portfolio of childcare centers in a dynamic market. You will coach Center Directors, build a high-performing team, and ensure consistent quality across locations.

This multi-unit field leadership role oversees 10–15 centers and over $10M in revenue, focusing on family experience, accreditation, and educational excellence while driving revenue growth and center performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, develop, retain and engage a team.
• Strong business insight with ability to drive financial results and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff.
• Drive quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.
• Nurture customer relationships while driving sound business decisions.
• Lead a portfolio to identify sales opportunities and increase revenue, retention, and acquisition.
