This role includes scheduling and supervising janitorial staff, conducting site inspections, and ensuring cleaning standards and safety protocols are consistently met. The supervisor will develop daily and weekly cleaning schedules based on facility needs, Process weekly janitorial team timesheets in Smartsheet and review all reported overtime hours. Prepare status reports on cleaning metrics, service issues, and upcoming maintenance needs, coordinate training, coach team members on best practices, and support housekeeping procedures to maintain quality and efficiency. Talent recruitment is key as you will spearhead job fairs and recruit and train janitorial teams. Daily tasks include responding to client requests, resolving service issues, monitoring supplies and equipment, and collaborating with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
