Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Auditor to ensure inventory accuracy and strengthen operational excellence across our stores. The role involves counting physical inventories, reconciling data, generating audit reports, and collaborating with store and district management to reduce errors.

Responsibilities include developing an audit schedule, performing 16–20 store audits monthly, and processing data in our systems while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Auditor will perform front line accounting review at store level during retail inventory audits and collaborate with District Manager’s and Store Manager’s to identify store issues.
• Develop preliminary audit schedule for district including neighboring store rotation.
• Assist Store Manager with invoice concerns, store organization, price adjustments and abnormalities discovered in system.
• Conduct visual checklist at each store detailing store conditions, maintenance issues, safety concerns, marketing promotions and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary district audit schedule and rotate neighboring stores.

• Conduct store condition and loss prevention audits.
