Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Inventory Auditor in the Michigan region to count physical inventories, generate audit reports, and reconcile data with computer records. Qualifications

• Frequent bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Repetitive motions using counting machines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Open Office.
• Willing to travel with overnight stays and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform front line accounting reviews at store level during retail inventory audits.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to identify store issues.
• Develop preliminary audit schedule for district including neighboring store rotation.
• Assist Store Manager with invoice concerns, store organization, price adjustments and abnormalities in system.
• Conduct visual checklists at each store detailing conditions, maintenance issues and loss prevention awareness.
• Complete 16–20 retail inventory audits monthly, input data and compile audit paperwork.
• Achieve established APH counting goals while ensuring data accuracy.
• Work in varied environments with potential exposure to cold and heat.
• Communicate information clearly, verbally and in writing, building partnerships.
• Take initiative to explore new approaches to improve quality and efficiency.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
