Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical/vocational school or apprentice program completion.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Five (5) years HVAC maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and installs HVAC, refrigeration, and related controls across the district.
• Troubleshoots chillers, boilers, and control problems and performs preventive maintenance.
• Operates building automation controls and reads wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Orders materials as needed and keeps maintenance records.
• Assists district maintenance staff as assigned and performs snow/ice removal when directed.
