Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; at least five years HR experience including three years in leadership.
• Experience in employee and labor relations, investigations, and personnel administration.
• Professional certifications valued (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and service delivery.
• Supervise HR staff and promote professional growth.
• Advise administrators on employee relations and performance management.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce planning.
• Manage labor agreements and grievance support.
• Develop training for administrators on HR topics.
