The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years in a management role, emphasizing strong leadership and organizational skills.

This role includes responsibilities such as recruiting and training staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive member experience. Competitive salary range between $80,000 to $85,000 USD, plus bonuses and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead CPR certification sessions and maintain records.
