Rhenus Group is seeking a senior financial leader to drive district performance for the Cranford district in New Jersey. You will own P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets, partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations to optimize profitability and growth.
The role requires strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to support regional objectives and ensure compliance with financial controls.

- Experience leading district P&L, revenue, cost and budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to forecast, set financial targets, and drive profitability.
- Strong partner to Sales, Product and Operations leadership.

- Maintain district P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets.
- Monitor district financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Oversee credit management, AR and financial risk controls while enabling growth.
- Analyze pricing, cost components, and margins to boost competitiveness.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and forecasts to regional leadership.
- Lead collaboration with Heads of Air and Ocean Product for alignment of financial and commercial goals.
- Drive leadership development and cross-functional collaboration within the district.
