Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer, eligible for Arizona licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
- Five years of progressively responsible engineering experience with a background in hydrology and hydraulics.

- Oversees engineering and construction of District projects.
- Conducts field inspections and provides quality assurance for projects.
