Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, examining, and processing payroll and benefits monthly.
• Compute KPERS, taxes, and unemployment taxes; ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR on salaries and employee benefits administration.
• Analyze financial reports for district grants and programs.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
• Develop and manage budgets; compare budgeted vs actual costs.
• Maintain budgets with Skyward Business Package.
• Prepare reports for district financial audits throughout the year.
