Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a District Field Technician (Mechanic) to maintain and repair Pump, Power & HVAC equipment at our Childress, TX rental facility. You’ll diagnose issues, service equipment, and support customers with on-site repairs and preventive maintenance.

Expect a rotating schedule, up to $60/hr, a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, and per diem up to $70/day. OSHA familiarity and EPA 608 preferred; full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience with field service, maintenance and repair of power/ HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and electrical/distribution systems.
• EPA 608 certification preferred or obtainable within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance of pumps, power units, HVAC gear, and generators.
• Travel to customer sites to perform service and repairs as needed.
• Document work orders and maintain equipment records daily.
