Expeditors International is seeking a District Facility Manager to oversee building functions and ensure safety and functionality. Responsibilities include safety inspections, coordinating with service providers, planning maintenance, maintaining records, and supervising staff.

You will manage facility systems, develop the Facility Business Plan, monitor SLAs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communication and management, incl. coaching, of facility resources and tools.
• Manage and operate facility systems.
• Serving as key-point of contact for Facility questions.
• Daily/Weekly huddle with Facility team.
• Monthly 1-on-1’s with Facility team.
• Annual mid & end year reviews with Facility team.
• Set annual improvement objectives for Facility team.
• Attend and participate actively in monthly Service Management meeting.
• Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Perform risk assessments of facilities to mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain Facility Business Plan and contracts.
• Lead quarterly scorecard/SLA reviews.
