Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a District Repair and Maintenance Manager to oversee repair and maintenance operations across all buildings and equipment within an assigned district. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading a team of Technicians and Specialists, and partnering with regional leadership to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities/engineering management experience.
• Experience leading in a multi-unit environment.
• Knowledge of scheduling and staffing facilities maintenance teams and personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication, organization, and training skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle a multi-task environment independently.
• High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and an excellent work ethic.
• Diligence and a strong understanding of liability issues, general safety in a publicly operating business.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel).
• Ability to manage and track work orders for multiple locations through a work order management system.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of Technicians and Specialists.
• Review and approve time, labor, and expense processes.
• Assign and elevate technical concerns as required to Specialists.
• Oversee cleanliness pilots and janitorial staff leadership.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review District Facilities management status.
• Provide technical guidance on facilities issues and projects.
• Manage budget aspects related to R&M, purchasing, and vendor expenses.
• Manage bid process and coordination of larger projects.
