Job summary

YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a District Executive Director to lead and manage multiple branch operations, implementing policies and programs across the district. You will oversee day-to-day operations, board development, budgeting, fundraising campaigns, and engagement with members and the community.

The role requires 6+ years in management with regional or multi-team experience, strong financial and strategic planning skills, and a commitment to the YMCA mission and child safety

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in management and supervisory roles.
• Experience in regional or multi-team management and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple branch operations within district.
• Develop and implement branch budgets with CFO/EVP.
• Drive fundraising campaigns and membership goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability of branch operations.
• Mentor branch directors and staff through evaluations.
• Communicate status of goals among staff and boards.
