Job summary

YMCA of Greater Cleveland seeks an experienced District Executive Director to lead multiple branch operations and execute the association’s strategic plan. You will oversee budgeting, staff leadership, community engagement and fundraising efforts across the district, while ensuring safety and high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Significant management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in budget and fiscal management, development, strategic planning, and community development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple branch operations.
• Provide leadership to associate/branch executive directors within the district.
• Oversee branch budgets and financial targets.
• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and membership goals.
• Ensure safety, program quality and compliance across branches.
