Job summary

Pearson in the United States seeks a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to lead teacher staffing, onboarding, professional development, and supervision for partner schools within the District Partnerships.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with School Leaders and HR to fill roles while delivering cohesive services to districts.

The role offers a full-time salary range and incentives; travel may be required; applications due by August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience in K-12 teaching (virtual teaching preferred).
• Experience supervising educators in an academic setting.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Strong leadership and accountability for student outcomes.
• Ability to analyze performance data and present findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
