This role requires a minimum of four years in QSR management, supervising restaurant GMs, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; a BA/BS is preferred. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to develop targeted sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QSR management with proven success supervising Restaurant GMs across multiple units
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS or MSc/MA in Business preferred
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for assigned restaurants to bolster sales and earnings
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
