Papa John's International is seeking a District Director to lead day-to-day operations across assigned locations, ensuring policy adherence and strong performance. You will guide teams, drive sales growth, and uphold brand standards to deliver consistent guest experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in QSR management, a high school diploma, and proven ability to supervise multiple units. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
