PlayOn is seeking a District Data Entry Specialist for a part-time role in Alpharetta, GA. You will enter school events into GoFan HQ and via CSV imports with a focus on same-day accuracy and organized request handling.
Responsibilities include manual entry, bulk uploads, data validation, and proactive issue flagging to ensure school revenue is preserved and events go live as needed.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable District Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (27.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts are 5.5 paid hours per day (plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch) and are assigned within the window of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST; specific shift times may vary by assignment). This role is dedicated to accurately and promptly entering school events into GoFan HQ and via CSV imports based on incoming requests routed through our Customer Success and Support teams. Same-day entry and unwavering accuracy are the core expectations, as every event directly impacts school revenue, PlayOn performance, and how schools are perceived within their communities.
