Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct District custodial services including cleaning of school and office sites.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning and care of rooms, restrooms, halls, buildings, fixtures and equipment.
• Coordinate and participate in selection, training, assignment and evaluation of custodial staff.
• Analyze custodial needs and schedule personnel accordingly.
• Communicate with District staff and vendors about needs, procedures and projects.
• Maintain inventory of custodial materials and equipment.
• Develop performance standards and monitor program effectiveness.
• Prepare records, reports and bid specifications as needed.
