Responsibilities

Represent Van Buren County as an appointed Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
Primarily assigned to the 7th District Court in Paw Paw, Michigan.
Review and screen warrant requests for authorization.
Handle all matters prosecuted in the district courts including hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials.
May be tasked with participation in a specialty treatment court.
Assist and counsel police agencies in criminal investigations and review of search warrants.
May handle circuit court level felony trials as needed.
