Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 60 college credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher from a regionally accredited college or a valid Michigan teaching certificate or Substitute teacher permit.
• Must meet district requirements.

Responsabilités

• Report to the assigned school and accept classroom assignments based on building needs.
• Provide classroom coverage for teacher absences and other staffing needs.
• Implement lesson plans and maintain continuity of instruction.
• Create and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Establish classroom routines and appropriate student behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing needs.
• Comply with district procedures on supervision, safety, and confidentiality.
