Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time or equivalent civil engineering experience.
• At least three years in a professional capacity.
• One year in a supervisory capacity is required.
• Substitutions may include related degrees as stated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district permits engineering staff and reviews on access permits.
• Perform complex engineering reviews and modify plans per criteria.
• Coordinate with districts, consultants, and public/private entities.
• Ensure construction activity meets standards and permit language.
• Lead MEPA-related reviews and environmental coordination.
