ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits.

In this role, you will sell R&D Tax Credits within a designated geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50 to 999 employees). You will manage complete sales cycles, from gaining access to obtaining contract signature, selling to both prospects of ADP and existing HCM clients. ADP will support you with continuous sales training and the latest technology to help you succeed as you manage your book of business.

You will leverage tools, technology, and sales skills daily to build your pipeline and advance opportunities. While partnering with other ADP sellers with existing relationships is possible, you will primarily generate your own sales pipeline, focusing on selling directly to company executives and financial contacts. You will also have access to SMEs from ADP’s Tax Credits Operations team to validate prospects’ eligibility.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven Winner: Demonstrated success in closing sales and managing a territory.

  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales, including self-generated pipeline; Tax Credits experience is a plus but not mandatory.
