ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits.

In this position, you will sell R&D Tax Credits within a designated geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50 to 999 employees). You will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing—selling to both prospects and existing ADP clients in Human Capital Management (HCM). ADP will support your efforts with ongoing sales training and advanced technology to help you succeed.

You will leverage tools, technology, and your sales skills daily to build your pipeline and advance opportunities. While you may partner with other ADP sellers who have existing relationships or active processes with your accounts, you will primarily generate your own sales pipeline. You may also work with Centers of Influence (e.g., Accountants) but will mainly sell directly to company executives and financial contacts. Once in a sales process, you will have access to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from ADP’s Tax Credits Operations team to validate prospects’ eligibility for R&D and other Tax Credits.
