ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits.

This role involves selling R&D Tax Credits within a geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50-999 employees). You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, targeting both new prospects and existing ADP clients. ADP provides ongoing training and technology to support your success.

You will leverage tools, technology, and sales skills daily to build your pipeline and advance opportunities. While you may partner with other ADP sellers and COIs (Centers of Influence), your primary focus will be direct sales to company executives and financial contacts. You will also collaborate with SMEs from ADP’s Tax Credits Operations team to validate eligibility.

Key qualities for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a 'refuse to lose' attitude. Sales ebbs and flows are normal; challenges should motivate you to thrive. Required Qualifications:
  • Proven Winner: Successful track record in sales, managing a territory.

  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales, including self-generated pipeline development. Tax Credits experience is a plus but not mandatory.
