Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV and digital recording devices; familiarity with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Organizes asset protection activities within the assigned location, focusing on shrink and safety programs.
• Influences leadership on shrink, safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Leads investigations into safety, regulatory compliance, and theft issues.
• Manages a team of Asset Protection Supervisors and Auditors; oversees training and development.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains security systems and seal testing program.
