Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced Advisor to partner with exclusive agents, helping them market, sell, and service COUNTRY products. You will guide business planning, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support to drive growth across a regional territory.

The role requires licenses (P&C, Life/Health) within short timelines and compliance training (SIE, Series 6/63, Advisor Program). Expect travel and collaboration with marketing and recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Insurance and/or Financial Services experience or related education and training.
• Property & Casualty, Life/Health licenses must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• SIE required; Series 6 and 63 licenses must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• COUNTRY Financial Advisor Program certification must be completed within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Advise agents on best practices for selling COUNTRY offerings and growing their agency.
• Develop annual business plans with agents to meet growth targets and track progress.
• Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to support agent success and retention.
• Coordinate with home office and field operations to align strategy and execution.
