Job summary

Heartland Food Products Group in Carmel, IN is seeking a Distributor Sales Manager to grow revenue for the Java House Espresso Martini Mix brand across Indiana and Arizona. Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales plans for Indiana and Arizona.
• Manage the distributor partnership with SGWS and align priorities.
• Expand distribution and secure new account placements.
• Develop on-premise business and secure menu placements.
• Grow off-premise sales through improved product availability and visibility.
• Support distributor sales teams with product training and meetings.
• Build relationships with owners, buyers, managers, and bartenders.
• Monitor revenue, distribution, and account activity to identify gaps.
• Share market insights and opportunities with the Java House team.
• Maintain an active field presence traveling across markets.
