Java House is seeking a Distributor Sales Manager to grow revenue for the Java House Espresso Martini Mix brand across Indiana and Arizona. This Indiana-based role will work with our distributor partner, SGWS, to expand distribution, increase sales in existing accounts, and strengthen execution in both markets.

The ideal candidate brings distributor sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a drive-focused approach to results.

Formación

• Proven track record growing sales and developing accounts.
• Deep knowledge of distributor sales processes and execution.
• Ability to train, motivate, and influence distributor teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Indiana and Arizona.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales plans for Indiana and Arizona.
• Manage the distributor partnership with SGWS.
• Expand distribution and secure new account placements.
• Secure menu placements and drive on-premise adoption.
• Improve product availability and shelf visibility in off-premise.
• Provide product training and support to distributor reps.
• Build relationships with owners, buyers, managers, bartenders.
• Track revenue, distribution, and account activity.
• Share market insights with the Java House team.
• Maintain active field presence in markets.
