Job summary

Red Bull North America seeks an experienced sales professional in Milwaukee with 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods and Direct Store Delivery experience, to drive Off Premise growth. You will coach teams, influence key stakeholders, and use data to drive actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 50-60% travel, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and fluency in English. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a valid driver's license are essential.

• Experience in Direct Store Delivery environment preferred.
• Mentor and coach sales teams for Off Premise channel.

Job description

• 5+ years demonstrated track record of success working within Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Experience within a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment strongly preferred
• Teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the Off Premise channel
• Ability to influence DP decision makers and key stakeholders
• Works in a fast-paced complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Analyzes & leverages data to drive insights to action
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed
