Qualifications

• Some college coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of food management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributors with information to set up and order new items; monitor PO progress and communicate product availability.
• Manage lifecycle of client one-time-buy items; follow up with distributors for on-time delivery and track item flow.
• Communicate phased-out items to distributors and track inventory through completion; update managers and sales teams.
• Manage inventory for date-sensitive items to minimize price reductions and report code date concerns.
• Communicate dead stock concerns at distributor locations to Business Managers and sales force.
• Assist Business Managers with resolving pricing discrepancies between distributors and clients.
• Coordinate ordering plans for large promotions with Business Managers and the sales force.
